It's simple! Schedule a pickup, and we'll come to you with our sturdy storage bins. Pack your items at your own pace, and we'll transport them to our secure facility. When you need something back, just request a delivery and we'll bring it right to your door.
We currently serve the greater San Diego area, including Downtown, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, North Park, Hillcrest, Del Mar, and surrounding neighborhoods. Contact us if you are unsure about your location.
You can store most household items including clothing, books, seasonal decorations, sports equipment, small furniture, and more. We can't store perishables, hazardous materials, illegal items, or extremely valuable items without special arrangements.
Your belongings are stored in our secure, climate-friendly facility with 24/7 surveillance, controlled access, and fire protection. Each item is cataloged and photographed so you always know what you have in storage.
Our standard storage bins are 27" x 17" x 12.5" - roughly the size of a large moving box. They are durable, stackable, and weather-resistant. For larger items, contact us for custom solutions.
Log into your account online or contact us directly. You can schedule standard deliveries up to 7 days in advance with a 4-hour window. Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee when you request by 12pm.
While we don't offer 24/7 self-access to our facility, you can request delivery of any items at any time through your account. Standard deliveries are scheduled within a 4-hour window, and same-day options are available.
We bill monthly based on your storage plan. Your first month is prorated from your start date. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
No long-term contracts required! You can store with us on a month-to-month basis. However, we do offer a 10% discount if you pay for 6 months upfront.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll schedule a final delivery of all your items or you can arrange to pick them up from our facility. There are no cancellation fees.
All stored items are covered by our basic protection plan up to $1,000. For valuable items, we recommend obtaining additional coverage through your renters or homeowners insurance. We can provide documentation for your insurance provider.
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account, choose your storage plan, and schedule your first pickup. Our team will bring bins to your location and handle everything from there.
