1. Services

Urban Attic Storage provides valet storage services including pickup, storage, and delivery of personal belongings within the San Diego metropolitan area. Our services are subject to availability and service area restrictions.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Items

You may store most household items with Urban Attic Storage. However, the following items are prohibited:

• Perishable goods or food items
• Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Illegal items or contraband
• Living creatures or plants
• Cash, securities, or negotiable instruments
• Items with extreme sentimental or irreplaceable value

4. Pricing and Payment

Monthly storage fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Additional fees may apply for same-day delivery, extra-large items, or services outside our standard offerings. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Liability and Insurance

Urban Attic Storage maintains reasonable security measures but is not liable for loss or damage except as required by law. Basic protection up to $1,000 is included with all accounts. We recommend maintaining adequate insurance for valuable items.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you must arrange for pickup or delivery of all stored items. Unclaimed items after 60 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
